Cameron Wilson, London, 1999. 1st Edition. HARDCOVER. Square Quarto size (4to) in red faux cloth, gilt lettering to spine. 168pp, mainly captioned colour reproductions of Gill's celebrity portraits. Signed (without inscription) by Gill Shaw on the title-page and again with a large inscription at the rear across her own portrait, and also by 11 celebrities by their portraits in the book (Amanda Redman, Matthew Kelly, Michael Nesbitt, Bob Holness, Minna Aaltonen, Ted Buxton, Oliver Skeete, Andrea Mclean, Jean Fergusson, Richard O'Brien and Nerys Hughes).
