Toronto: McClelland & Stewart, 1919. First Canadian edition. Hardcover. Good/Fair. 349 p. 20 cm. Blue cloth with orange and blank impressing. Mylar-covered dustjacket. Jacket has large chips to top corner and spine ends, affecting lettering on sine. Other smaller chips and tears to edges and small hole in rear hinge. Book has bumped lower corners, shelf wear and spine ends. Front free endpaper missing.
