Later printing of first ed., 1891, by same publisher; TEG; 263 p., clean and unmarked but with label of former owner on front paste down; gutters cracked but binding firm; poem clipped from newspaper has made tan mark on t.o.c, and there is paper clip mark on front end page. Although end pages show tanning, the paper within is very fine and without age-toning. In absence of d.j., crimson boards with clear gilt lettering and ornamentation have some bumping or corners and rubbing at crown and foot of spine. 12mo.Very interesting selection from prose works of the Hoosier poet: "Jamsey, a Christmas story," "Tale of a Spider," "Eccentric Mr. Clark," and others. 12mo.
