Fully illustrated throughout with bibliography and detailed index. Tan cloth, 480 pages, printed dustjacket. The book is in near fine condition with some very light edge rubbing and a subtle smudge to the top edge, good hinges, sound text block, very clean pages free from names or other markings. The mylar protected dustjacket has some edge rubbing and a slightly darkened spine, a couple of very tiny edge tears, two very tiny holes at the front joint, almost no paper loss.. First Edition, First Printing. Hard Cover. Very Good/Very Good. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall.
