Six Celebrated Trios for Violin, Cello, and Piano [PIANO FULL SCORE & TWO STRING PARTS] by Ludwig Van Beethoven - Paperback - 1959 Reprint - from bookarrest and Biblio.co.uk

Six Celebrated Trios for Violin, Cello, and Piano [PIANO FULL SCORE & TWO STRING PARTS]

by Beethoven, Ludwig Van

Condition: Very Good (overall)

New York: International Music Co. [International No. 952] An excellent set of selected Beethoven Piano Trios, in a respected edition prepared by Ferdinand David. CONTENTS: The six quartets: [1] Op.1 #1; [3] Op.1 #3; [4] Op.11; [5] Op.70 #1; [7] Op.97; [11] Op. 121a. The parts: 52 (violin)+45 (cello)+219 (piano full score) pages. CONDITION: A Very Good (overall) set: The PIANO FULL SCORE is bright, solidly-bound with moderate edge- and corner-wear to its covers. Its interior score pages are unmarked, though the first two movements of the first trio show evidence of many now-erased fingerings. The VIOLIN PART is Near Fine - unmarked, uncreased, with minimal shelf-wear and a slight bend at the bottom. The CELLO PART seems older (likely and earlier printing), with evidence of water incursion (waver and some discoloration) on its covers. The score pages are unmarked but have a light waver (in the top and bottom margins) - and there is a store stamp on the title page. This nevertheless remains a quite respectable and useful set - now in a clear, protective polypropylene bag with archival backing board.. 1959 Reprint. Large Softcovers. Very Good (overall). 9" x 12". Music Score.
