London: Martin Secker, 1921. Hardcover. Very Good. 496 pp; a novel about growing up, and concerns two children, Michael Fane and his sister Stella. Both of them are born out of wedlock, something which was frowned upon at the time, but from rich parents. This copy is from the 1921 Edition of work originally published in 1913; in dark bl;ue boards with gilt stsamping; slight wear to boards; has blind stamp of former owner on ffep and tiny bookstore sticker on front paste-down in bottom right corner.
