Hardcover. ; Quarter cream cloth cover with cream paper covered boards is toned with light soiling and frayed corners but in good+ condition. Boards and spine are straight. Binding is tight. Former owner's bookplate affixed to front paste down. Pages are toned with very modest thumbing but overall in very good condition. Bound at the University Press of Cambridge. One of only 595 copies issued. .
