The Silver Locusts by Bradbury, Ray - 1951

London: Rupert Hart-Davis, 1951. Solid with bumps on the corners of the front cover and a shallow one on the top of the front. The dust jacket has had unnecessary cellophane tape put on the top and the bottom of the spine on the inside which has left stains on the jacket. There are small thin stains from the edges of the tape on the top and bottom of the spine on the book. Otherwise the covers show light wear and the interior is unmarked. The dust jacket has some light crumpling along the top edges witrh a 1/4 inch tear on the top front edge. The tape stain can be seen through the jacket only on the rear which is blank. Otherwise the jacket shows light wear. British first edition of The Martian Chronicles.. First Edition. Hardcover. Good- Very Good/Good- Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
