Oblong 12mo (7 3/8 x 5 1/2 inches; 186 x 140 mm), [24] unnumbered pages in stitched fleur-de-lys paper wrappers over heavy card stock covers.
SIGNED by James Merrill on the colophon. One of 100 copies signed and numbered by the author; this is No. 9. There were also 26 copies lettered A to Z and not for sale. A beautiful letterpress book, No. 17 in the Phoenix Book Shop's Oblong Octavo Series. Designed and printed at the Ferguson Press, Cambridge, Massachusetts.
CONDITION: Slight soiling to one page, otherwise Fine.
