Bobbs-Merrill, 1932. Hardcover. Very Good Plus/Good. 7x6x1. Clotilde Embree. SIGNED By Author Augusta Stevenson Vintage Cloth Cover Hardback Book with Dust Jacket. Book itself is in Very Good Plus condition with a tight binding and mostly clean crisp pages and appears to have had very little use. The previous owner's name with the year "1950" is written neatly at the top inside the front cover. No other writing or markings inside or outside of the book (with the exception of the author's signature). Book has come from a private collection. Outside cloth covers are nice with some minor corner wear. Dust Jacket is in Good condition and is price clipped and shows several smaller missing pieces from the top and bottom of the outside spine ares along withother pieces missing from the top and bottom cover edges. The Dust Jacket is now covered by a new clear mylar cover. Definitely a very old classic of one of the great Childhood of Famous Americans books. Great chance to get a Signed Augusta Stevenson Childhood of Famous Americans!
