It includes verses by Vera Inber and Vladimir Lifshitc, Leningrad fairytale by Evgeny Schwartz with illustrations by Vladimir Konashevich (about the appearance of Leningrad and the war between water spirit Vodyanoy against forest spirit Lesovik and Human; first appearance), military and patriotic stories. # 6 is illustrated with the photomontage of Soviet pioneers in summer camps.
