Bethesda MD: Printed [for the author] by Decatur Press Inc, 1967. 154p., illustrated with a single line map, hardbound in 9x6 inch dark red cloth boards gilt. Ex library bearing "withdrawn" stamps to endsheets and titlepage (no indication which institution), an unhandled copy, clean, sound and unmarked except for the "withdrawn". The acknowlegements page is chock-a-block with gratitude: typists and proofers, the Thai ambassador for suggestions, author's mother for spelling corrections.. text reads well (that is at professional level) but it evidently took lots of trueing. The author is a precocious youth or is handicapped in some manner; either way he's well-connected.
