London: J.M. Dent & Sons, 1945. First edition. Octavo. viii, 323 pp; color frontispiece [Moulin Rouge by Toulouse-Lautrec], 32 pages of b/w plates from photographs and drawings; index. Original purple cloth with gilt-lettered spine, in dustjacket. VG/VG, top rear corner bumped; head of jacket spine chipped, small chips at corners, short tear at base of jacket spine, pp 303/304 has short tear. Inscribed by author on the title page: "To Collin Brooks, With the friendliest regards of Charles B. Cochran, Nov. 22 '45". This is Cochran's second book of reminiscences, full of tales of his fifty years in the theatrical world.. Inscribed by Author. First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good/Very Good.
