Very Good, with uneven sunning and soiling to cloth. Page edges dust-soiled. Hinges sporadically exposed throughout, yet binding is stable. Pages occasionally soiled or edge-chipped. A romance novel written by the author of Dracula, in which a woman in San Fransisco travels north and falls in love with a local mountaineer. Scarce.
