New York: Harper & Brothers, 1939. First Edition. Very Good/Good. First edition stated, first printing. Bound in publisher's tan cloth stamped in brown. Good, with some wear and foxing to cloth, endsheets offset and light sporadic foxing to pages. In a Good unclipped dust jacket with edge wear, toning, repairs made to the blindside at the top of the spine and lower right corner of the upper panel, browning to blindside. Illustrated by Helen Sewell and Mildred Boyle.
