Very Good +/Fine. 8vo, light yellow boards with Shogi pieces in black, illustrated with numerous clear examples of play, pictorial dust jacket (unclipped), 99 pages + [1] Afterword by Yasuharu Oyama, Sogi Meijin (Japanese Champion) & punch-out card. If you haven't tried Japanese chess, may I recommend it! This is a very handy way to learn about the game. The pieces have been punched out of their coated board and all are present along with a paper board.
