Copyright only states 1924, but others have dated the Memorial Edition to 1949. Book is in Very Good condition, with some yellowing from adhesive on pastedowns, prior owner bookplate neatly pasted on front pastedown. One small light brown soil mark at bottom of page fore edges. Pages otherwise clean and secure. Dust jacket is in Good condition, with ~1" closed tear at top of jacket front near spine. General edgewear, mostly on spine ends and corners. Two small closed tears at top edge of jacket rear. Small water stain near top of rear jacket along spine.
