Orange, NJ: National Housing Institute, 1989. Five issues, complete run for 1989. All are 8.5x11 inches, all have address labels on rear wraps and ink stamps on front wraps, else very good condition. "Shelterforce is a publication of the National Housing Institute, a non-profit, tax-exempt organization dedicated to building a national network of tenant and housing groups and to providing resources and information that contribute to the creation and preservation of decent, affordable housing for all people.". Volume 11 Number 4 includes an article by late Oakland Mayor and California Congressman Ronald Dellums.
