Fair. - The 1st side of a 4-sided sheet of letterhead, approximately 6-5/8 inches high by 6-1/4 inches wide, with Harvard Club and a New York Street address printed in red at the top, is inscribed and signed: "Feb. 1933 / With best wishes / Walter Prichard Eaton". There is heavy offsetting to the left half of the letterhead with a few words offset in white, not affecting the autograph. There are 2 small remnants of tape on the blank 4th side where the letterhead has been removed from an album. <p>Walter Prichard Eaton [1878-1957] was an American drama critic and author. After graduating from Harvard, he was theatre critic for several different newspapers and magazines. He was the author of numerous books on the theatre and taught playwriting at Yale.
