Green cloth boards and spine with bright gold lettering on spine. 467 pp. In July 1978 Anatoly Shcharansky was accused of treason and sentenced by a Moscow court to 13 years in prison and labor camp. His crime was that he had fought for the right to live in Israel. This book recounts his activities before arrest; interrogation and trial; life in prison; and finally his release in 1986. A clean and very presentable copy.
