Deluxe Issue, one of 26 lettered copies specially bound and signed by Michael Montfort on the colophon, this being copy 'Z'. Oblong quarto (22.5cm); photographic paper and red patterned cloth-covered boards, with printed title label mounted to spine; publisher's original acetate dustjacket; [170]pp; illus. With an original photographic print of Bukowski by Montfort laid in. Fine in a Fine acetate dustjacket.
