In-depth history of the Shakers, from the origins in the 18th Century to the present. 6" X 9-1/4", 552 pages with Index and Notes. 57 illustrations through the text. A later edition. This is not a library discard. No creases to the spine or cover. There is a square of hand written notes on the inside front cover - a square shaped area about 1" square - though no further writing besides that. Small amount of edge wear from use to the cover and corners. Also a vertical line of a smudge mark on the back cover - about 4" long. The attached photo is of the copy we have in our inventory.
