Beige cloth with circular color pictorial pastedown, titling in gilt, externally the book is fine, there is marginal finger soil and foxing internally, one plate re-inserted; matching dust jacket is partial, missing a large pieces, front flap detached, but the DJ is rarely present in any condition. Lovely verses about growing up, illustrated by Smith with 7 lovely full page color plates as well as smaller one color borders and artwork throughout. Beautiful and desirable Smith title.. First Edition. Pictorial Cover. Very Good -/Poor. Illus. by Jessie Willcox Smith. 8vo.
