(1st edition, 1st printing) Very large, thinner children's book format, glossy covers with appearance of a leather book, yellow lettering to spine and front very fine, an antique blue-tinted illustration of sea serpent in bay with rowboat approaching from sailship, glossy color illustrations throughout. Light wear to three bottom tips in unpaginated book, one tip torn off, a tiny nick at spine bottom left edge. Near Very Good.
