Octavo, xiv, 460pp, [4]. Yellow cloth, title in gilt on spine over black label. Stated "first printing" on copyright page. Laid in "Review Copy" slip, dated February 18, 1963. In the publisher's first state dust jacket, $5.95 on front flap, sunning to spine, two short closed tears, light wear to back panel, a very good example. Signed by the author on the front free endpaper.
