n.p.: TecCom Productions, 1989. Paperback. [126]p., wraps, 11x8.5 inches, wraps lightly worn, else very good. Illustrated profusely with maps and b&w photographs of Stockton Assembly Center, Santa Anita Assembly Center, and Rohwer Relocation Center. Includes historical context and timeline of events. Cover title: "Rohwer Relocation Center: War Relocation Authority, McGehee, Arkansas, 1942-1945." Ishimaru was born in 1923 in El Centro, and was incarcerated at Poston during World War II. He was released early and employed in New York City at Billy Rose's Diamond Horseshoe Nightclub as a photographer. He later graduated from the University of Southern California, and worked in the Los Angeles Unified School District for over 40 years. He passed away in 2018.
