Half bound with black leather to the spine and corners bearing gilt decorations and raised bands to the spine. Lettering chipped from spine. Boards marbled with slight wear exteriorly and rubbing to the edges. Text block has moderate plus age toning to the edges. Previous bookshop's small sticker to the front pastedown. Frontispiece. Slight cracking to the hinges. Slight foxing/offsetting interiorly with few, slight markings. Illustrated.
