The corruption came later. Too long in New York, too long an out of work actor rejected time after time by casting directors. The job when it came would pay and pay well and he could no longer afford to be fussy. He'd been trained as a performer and this new job was a performance, a very personal and intimate performance, and so the corruption began. A corruption that would slowly lead into a spiral of greater and greater perversion, greed, and violence. .
