Small 8vo. 103, (1) pp. Publisher' blue cloth backed patterned boards, printed paper title labels to the spine and upper board, dust jacket broadly on the same design. A little light wear to the jacket edges plus some soiling to the white spine and lower panel, else very good. Cross & Ravenscroft-Hulme, A12b. The first British edition was published by the Hogarth Press the previous year.
