Madison, WI: Democrat Printing Company, 1885. Hardcover. Fair/no jacket. Paper covered boards with leather at spine and corners, gilt title on spine. 112 pages, 23cm tall, octavo. Cornstalks compared with mixed hay and clover for producing milk and butter; comparative values of several new varieties of sorghum; reports on machinery; etc. Ex-lib, no exterior markings. Covers show exposed board at extremeties where leather has worn through, leaves are age-toned. A clean copy with sound binding.
