Comic book, small quarto, illustrated stapled wraps. 24 pp. + ads. Near Fine, with only some tiny pressure-point impressions (not mark, not holes) on front cover visible in angular reflected light. Scarce first incarnation of the foppish dude, based loosely on Aubrey Beardsley, who was one of the earliest examples of what would become known as "steampunk". The three-issue mini-series of which this is first issue was aggregated as a trade paperback in 2004. L63
