These are Very Good (Plus) to Near Fine copies of the First American Edition (the "Authorized Edition"). Two volumes in green cloth binding; ruled on front cover and lettered in gilt on the spine. Clean text; xiii, 460 pages, and ix, 400 pages. Hints of bumping, and some very light wear at margins. Quite nice copies.. First American Edition.. Hard Cover. Very Good (Plus)/No Jacket. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.
