London: Chapman and Hall, 1947. A first edition, first printing published by Chapman and Hall in 1947. A very good+ book without inscriptions. Fading to the spine and slight rubbing to the edges. Some spotting to the text block and browning to the prelims. In a like unclipped wrapper with some spotting to the reverse and chipping to the spine tips.
