Charles Scribner. Good. 1859. First Edition. Hardcover. ; Three quarter black calf leather bound cover over green and black marbled boards has heavy wear and worn through at corners and spine caps. Boards and spine are straight. Binding is tight. Title page and front matter stained and soiled with a chip in the dedication page. Text pages are mostly clean with very modest foxing and in good condition. .
