Cover art depicts a miserable figure shackled in the center while to the left are arrayed an electric chair, coffins, and a crowd of anarchist marchers; to the right are a swarm of policemen and the Statue of Liberty with corpses hanging from gallows. "Reign of Terror in America," a survey of anti-anarchist, anti-IWW and other anti-labor campaigns in the United States. Cases discussed include Joe Hill, Centralia, Mooney and Billings, Sacco and Vanzetti, Mother Jones, and many others.
