London: Methuen & Co., Ltd, 1946. First printing. Hardcover. Good/good. Fougasse. Introduced by A.P. Herbert. Cloth. 48 pages. Color reproductions of the WWII posters by the "Punch" illustrator Cyril Kenneth Bird alias Fougasse. Just Good condition cloth hardcover book with some edge and corner bumping; jacket has edge tears and wear and some general tanning or soiling. Small prior owner sticker on the front-free end paper.

A somewhat odd item. This copy signed at the lower fore-edge corner of the half-title page by Fougasse and inscribed, possibly also by Fougasse," ___ with love from the lambs"
