About This Item
1850. Light cover wear; overall excellent.. Thirteen (13) different watercolor illustrations created by Christina Potts. One illustration depicts a fine well-appointed young girl in the foreground with a wonderfully out of perspective cow and a home in the background. A hedge with abstract stone wall at side. Excellent combination of yellows, ochre, blues and green. Two (2) floral arrangements both with a naive perspective with a few larger flowers at center with smaller supporting flowers. The remaining ten (10) drawings are predominantly a flower or multiples of that flower as a cut stem with appropriate leave. Includes various roses, blue anemone, tulips, morning glory, carnations and more. All in rich strong colors. Housed in a 5 1/2" x 9" with plaid boards, an applied leather back strip with a ribbon string tie. An applied paint decorated paper label on the front cover reads "Christina Potts". Fine work.
