Yellow card covers, cloth spine, black cover lettering, three-hole punched, well-illustrated, included one fold-out. ; 8-1/4" x 10-3/4"; 223 pp; Slight cover wear, a few pages with corner creases and one with a tiny marginal closed tear, pages clean and unmarked. .

Items which fit in one of the Medium Flat Rate Boxes can ship for the standard expedited charge, regardless of weight.
