A Ratisbonne, Chez Matthias Kerner, , 1664.. 1664 12mo. 7, [1], 336 p. Contemporary calf, the spine gilt in panels between raised bands. Worn on the spine ends and corners, with loss. The boards firmly attached. Front endpaper removed. The last few leaves show an old damp stain on the fore edge. The text block otherwise clean and crisp. First published in 1649 by Elzevier. The text was contributed by a number of writers in both prose and verse, criticising the conduct of the religious wars at the end of the 16th century.
