Professionally restored with rose colored linen spine; lower front corner repaired; chipping to lower front corner of ffep; minor general wear and soiling; else a near fine copy of an early and uncommon California county souvenir history. With cover title: Sunshine, fruit and flowers, Santa Clara County, California. One of the more extensive county histories promoting the beauty and opportunities in Santa Clara Valley.
