1906. Pre-Publication Dummy Edition. Hardcover. Near Fine. Octavo. 6.75 x 9.25 in. 126 pp. Near fine in the original cloth boards have minor edgewear and a stray red mark on the back cover. This "dummy" edition contains a selection of various images and chapters, as well as notes on potential bindings that would be featured in the forthcoming publication that door-to-door salemen would present potential buyers. This copy also features a "How to Sell" insert for the prosepective salesmen, this one being in such great shape that the salesmen did not likely get far.
