There is a faded strip on the bottom of the spine and along the top of the upper edges. Rough cut. Internals very clean and free from any markings, no creases. Clean black jacket with portrait of Johnson, red and yellow print, with wear to corners and edges, spine head and heel chipped. 388 pages with index. 9.6 x 6.5 inches. 1975, Viking Press, New York, New York, USA
