New York: Alfred A Knopf, 1959. Quarter bound in turquoise cloth over brown boards very clean and sharp except for small spots beneath center on front panel. First edition stated on copyright page. Textblock tight, square and clean. First issue jacket with reviews for The Poorhouse Fair on rear panel. Jacket has price intact ($3.75) has moderate edgewear at head of spine with some crimping and minor crease on rear panel. The blue background behind title on spine appears sunned as it is lighter that same background on front panel. In mylar. . First American Edition. Cloth. Near Fine/Very Good Plus. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
