Very Good in embossed pebbled brown morocco, rubbing at tips and spine edges, moderate toning at end papers and scattered light toning throughout, a few pages with small edge tears, hinges opened yet holding quite well. Final order page has two names in pencil, both from Covington, KY, interior of rear cover has gilt version of available binding with fold-out spine. Salesman's Dummy/Sample Book. . First Thus.
