Lg. octavo. 338pp. Original brick red cloth, spine and cover stamped and decorated in black and gilt. Pictorial endpapers, 15 b&w plates (incl. frontispiece), chapter head and tailpieces by Mahon Blaine, in 1920's decadent style. In decorated dust jacket that has edge wear and is split at spine fold so in two pieces (now preserved in brodart dust jacket cover). No slipcase.
