SIGNED & inscribed by author ""To X- Y------, 60th Anniversary of D-Day, Sainte- Mere- Eglise, June, 2004"" (likely First Edition). DJ is VG; bright & clean w/ light use- minor rubbing (mostly rear panel) & edge wear, sm.tear tear to top of spine panel. No fray or sun discolor- DJ still displays well- esp. pictorial front panel. Book is VG+ to Near Fine. Green cloth binding is tight, bright & clean w/ light tilt to spine & bow to covers (heavy, oversize 12"" x 10"" volume). NO bumps, frays, rubs or scuffs. All decoration & lettering crisp & intact. Endpapers & text tight, white, clean, unmarked. NO remainder mark; NOT ex library. Handsome, well preserved copy.
