London: Smith, Elder, 1901. First edition. Bumping to corners and rear top edge, rubbing to edges, small closed tears on spine tail, minor soiling, spine is slightly shaken, cracking on inner hinges, previous owner's name in ink on verso of front end paper, otherwise, binding strong, bright lettering on spine, dark green end papers. Good to very good.
