About This Item

Boston: Sail Books, 1983. Near fine (about a dozen very faint foxing spots on page edges, otherwise fine) in very good- dust jacket (bright with two closed tears and edgewear at corners and spine top and bottom). 128 pages, nicely illustrated with pen and ink sketches by the author. The author gained his first experience in sailboats in the Swedish eka. The book deals with many innovations in sailboat design stretching back especially to the 1930s. Very nice book.. Hard Cover. Illus. by Frank Rosenow.
