Red cloth boards and spine with bright gilt lettering on the spine and front board. 191 pp 8vo. This is the story of the Rush Family who moved to Kansas from Kentucky in the 1870s and is told by one of the sons, Daniel or Danny, and follows his life, family events and happenings through different locations in Kansas up to his settling down with the author in Winfield Kansas. A clean very presentable copy.
