Fine cloth first printing of first edition with black lettering on spine and Near Fine DJ. The book is flawless: spine is straight and tight, all corners sharp, lettering crisp and bold, no markings, tears, or creases. The DJ is nearly perfect except for an area of discoloration at the bottom of the spine, about 1 inch, and some minor areas of discoloration near the bottom of the back DJ cover. Not ex lib, not clipped, no remainder marks. Notes, bibliography, index. 232 pages.
